1. Company nature: Private enterprises;
2. Sales revenue: RMB 500-1000 Million or above;
3. Net profit margin: 10%-15%, or higher than the average of the same industry;
4. Annual growth rate: 20%-25% or above in both sales revenue and sales profit;
5. Industry selection:

        FTO:Retail industry preferred.
